Corsair C70. Has handles built into the top that are sturdy as all hell. Carrying an sli setup and a ton of drives, so it'll hold a good bit and then some.

I have that mobo/gpu combo too! But I put mine in the Corsair C70 case.

Haven't had any problems with it and I love the white/black color scheme. Fits in with the military green case well.

While trying to find a case, I was debating between these four: The Corsair C70, 400R, 230T, or Thermaltake RX-1. Still not totally sure, but I'm really liking the S31.

Which is perfectly normal but you gave the impression that you would leave it behind which i would recommend against I have a [Corsair Case] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007S02GMA/?tag=pcpapi-20) so mine is fairly mobile except the weight.

I'm looking at the ~~Hyper Cooler Master~~ ~~Cooler Hyper Master~~ Cooler Master Hyper and have seen some on a few reviews that it tends to be pretty big. Would it fit the Corsair Vengence C70 mid-tower?

Personally, I'd switch the case out for the Corsair Vengeance C70. $10 more and a bunch of extra space & airflow.
Also, you could upgrade the monitor to an Asus 24" and still be within budget.
Everything else is pretty much perfect for what OP wants.
