What do you think of this?

It has 32gb of RAM, 256gb SSD, 1tb HDD, Intel core i7 7700hq and a GTX 1050.
For 1300$.
So for video editing machines, you need one with a quad core preferably i7 processor....8 GB and over RAM, and SSD is a plus, and of course, a dedicated graphics card is good to have. Here are some things to look for in a video editing laptop. This HP Pavilion 15 Gamer 15.6" Notebook with the massive 32 GB RAM would be awesome for video editing.
Would the pavilion run CAD fine? With regular use how long do you think before it would see a decline in performance? I'm an EE major looking for something to last 4+ yrs.
Also, what is your opinion on this vs. this at the same price?
What do you think of this one? Really appreciate the advice!

I searched a bit more and I think I've found the best possible specs/price ratio. It's this computer. 15.6 Inch screen, Quad Core I7-7700HQ Processor, 32GB Ram, 256BB SSD + 1TB HDD, NVIDIA GTX 1050 4GB. What do you think of this for editing? Thanks.
