Don't buy it used. Buy it new for $5 more and make sure From gets their cut instead of filling Gamestop's pockets.

You can get it off here brand new from Amazon for a buck more than gamestop.

my greatest, most memorable video game moment personally is from dark souls on the PS3, The day that I overcame the whole game at soul level 1, as a pyromancer, was amazing. The hard part was not even the end of it all, the hardest part of the game was the entirety of the game preceding Anor Londo. Having poor weapons up to that point made the fights last much longer than was safe, making for some extremely tense moments. I will never forget when the Capra Demon broke pattern and nearly destroyed me, it scared the Solaire out of me.

(1) By that criterion, Kingdom Hearts isn't an RPG since you're always just playing as Sora. You seem to have made a completely arbitrary distinction that action RPGs must have choices/customizable characters, but turn-based RPGs don't need to have choices/customizable characters. Why?

(2) In Dark Souls, you create you character. You choose their appearance, their class, etc. You can choose to kill NPCs or let them live. You can align yourself with a covenant (i.e., a faction) or ignore them all. How is that not enough character customization and freedom of choice/action to be an RPG?

(3) I hate to do this, but shall I just point out that literally every single source on the game says that it's an RPG? Wikipedia, Gamespot, Amazon, and so on? I mean, I get that it doesn't meet some arbitrary condition in your mind, but the world has decided that it's an RPG. By saying that it's not an RPG, all you're doing is saying that you either have a different definition of RPG than the rest of the world, you are unfamiliar with the game, or both.

Ok that is what I am doing. If you care not for graphic improvements or think the game already looks good I guess you can get it on console. It's only $18 for PS3 and $22 for xbox or you can go the route that /u/BlocktimusMine gave you and get it for $20 is completely up to you on what feels more comfortable.

Note that you may not finish it before the second one, I have about 55 hours in and I don't feel I am close to finishing it, let alone getting any secrets or even have all the weapons or fully explore every area. For me that is fine since I intend to get the second one on PC and is going to be released later so I have time.

That's hardly cheaper than console games. btw, Steam's regular prices are usually higher than what would normally cost you to buy a physical disk.

I want to see Final Fantasy 15. I know they're going to show the HD version of 10 and 10-2, and I'm super excited for that (definitely buying it~~). But I really wish there would be more news about 15. The Final Fantasy series is one of my favorite series. And apparently, 14 will be available on PS3, which would be pretty cool since I don't own a gaming computer. I'm still working my way through 13, and can't wait for Lightning Returns.

I've been bursting at the seems wanting to talk about E3. Thank you for the opportunity!

This game used would be great. It'd hit about $11. Or this one, which would be about $6 used.

It is $23 on Amazon and more expensive elsewhere. Throw in the $15 DLC which you have yet to buy and the cheapest you can get it is for $38 and for most intents and purposes that is an inferior version as well.

Pretty simple really. For those that can't handle the issues with setting up the game on their PC I recommend these simple steps.

  1. Turn on your computer and choose one of the following search items: 1 or 2

  2. Purchase said item and hook it up at home.

  3. Also ensure to purchase one of these corresponding items: 1 or 2
  4. Put second item into first item and you are set.
  5. Enjoy!
