They are just random vans shoes that happen to be red. For some reason a lot of people have been posting pictures of red shoes that look nothing like the boots that deku wears. He wears red boots not sneakers. The tread and the ridge around the toe are what make them boots. Someone bought and posted these and said they looked like his boots and others want them as well. Makes no sense.
