Used Book in Good Condition
A bit late to the question, but, for the record, I've found this book to be a super handy reference on occasion for figuring out what was and wasn't historically viable for a "perfect murder" situation.
The book, A Writer's Guide To Poisons, (it's about 24 years old) shows the level of addiction of many different drugs, it's risk of overdose and death, and it's side affects. It shows cannabis being less of a risk than caffeine, and less addictive.
