The Xbox One version of the "Ghost Edition" isn't available to access for some reason. For the past few hours it hasn't even been showing up. It has now got a thumbnail and a "page" for it. However it redirects to the "Limited Edition" of the game. The mods removed my direct link post, because it is a mobile link, even though I stated as to why it was a mobile link. So far this is the only working way to pre-order the "Ghost Edition"

This article says that the DLC will be exclusive, but I don't think he has his facts straight. The timed content is exclusive until next fall, but there isn't anything definitive about the DLC.
However, it seems pretty strange that you can get the expansion pass when you buy the Limited or Ghost editions on amazon, but you can't just buy the expansion pass. You can buy just the expansion pass on PS3/PS4.

Just wanted to chime in and say if you use the Amazon Mobile App on your phone, you can pre-order the Xbox One Ghost Edition... Seems this site is just messed up.
