Crap man. I saw it for $20 in the xbod store over this last weekend but thought it was a permanent price drop as I haven't looked in a while and didn't pick it up. It is, however, $30 for a physical copy on Amazon.
Yes, you're good to go. The only difference between the various versions is that one includes the necro and one doesn't. Everything else is the same. Crazy that it's so expensive there, though... Amazon has it, here, for $22. $17 w/o the necro.

And before you say a thing about blah blah console peasant, this whole thread is about Xbox one games being worth the value. PC has plenty of titles well worth their price points and it has nothing to do with this at all. Regardless, D3 + reaper of souls on console is going for $35 now, down from $60. Its even cheaper for the 360 and Ps3. And it was definitely worth the $60.
