A good one is 'Dinosaurs' by Steve Brusatte.
It has tonnes of good info and cgi images!
It's quite big too! (I'm not sure if the one on amazon is, but mine sure is!)
I own a copy of the hardcover and it's lasted a few years.
The only problem is that your nephew might not know what some of the words mean since the book uses a lot of scientific terminology. It should be good if you can help with it or if he's a smart kid!
