I've actually read Cultural Brokerage and Interethnic Marriage in Colonial Taiwan: Japanese Subalterns and Their Aborigine Wives, as TKU carries The Journal of Asian Studies. A bit dry (expected), but really informative and worth the read if you're interested in anything related to Aboriginal relations in Taiwan. I'd like to read An Historian among the Anthropologists: The In l Kanori Revival and the Legacy of Japanese Colonial Ethnography in Taiwan, but I'll have to find a place that carries the journal.
