If you have indeed torn a bit of tissue (ie, you have an anal fissure), you're not in for a super good time. I did the same thing a few years ago taking the knot on a toy before I was ready, so I will tell you what I've learned based on my experience.
The best thing you can do is get on a fibre supplement as soon as possible. I used Metamucil moderately to aggressively and it worked fantastically. You want your bowel movements to be as soft as possible, otherwise you will keep on re-opening the wound each time you defecate. This is priority one in the healing process. If it stings, and/or you see blood after defecating, you've likely torn the wound open again. If the pain persists, or you keep seeing blood, it's doctor time.
Obviously don't go toying there for at least a few weeks. You don't want to ruin all the work you put into the healing process.

I have one of these and it's great for that. The end is shaped to sit against flush your body. It would never be noticeable under clothes.
doc johnson mood naughty, the large size. I was a little intimidated initially (it's my first plug) but it's a good size! big enough to know it's there but not so big that it's uncomfortable to wear around

I REALLY like it. I like the base. But like I said, its a large, and I feel like its too small. It feels good, but I just want something bigger.
