I teach, so I'm on my feet all day and need shoes that fit a suit on a budget. I've been pretty happy with with Dockers Wingtips.

They're comfortable and the price is right. You might be able to use the 20% off promo too. Some people have complained that the color fades, but I haven't had that issue.
