It's such a weird looking thing! It's an open cup which is tilted to make it easier for baby to learn to use themselves as they don't need to tip it as far. Also easier for you to hold and tip for her. Not sure where you are but this is a usa link. You can get them here in the UK too.

We used a shot glass, and then moved on to a 360 cup for being out and about. He is 16 months and now drinks from a juice glass in addition to his 360 cups. I heard great things about these cups for training them to deal with the tilting of the glass, but we never got around to getting one and now he is definitely past ti.
