Amorphous calcium phosphate. I highly recommend Dr. Collins (non-affiliate Amazon link) which has reduced my tooth sensitivity to cold (I can eat ice cream again) and contains a form of amorphous calcium phosphate known as amorphous calcium phosphosilicate (scroll to 'Calcium Sodium Phosphosilicate or Novamin').

Thanks for the recommendation! I will ask my dentist about it, but he doesn't have a large office or anything so I am not sure if he has it. I found it online but it was ~45 dollars for 120g of the stuff which is too much for a college student like me :P.

Strangely most products are not even available in the US like sensodyne repair and protect.

The only toothpaste in the US that has one of those technologies is arm&hammer complete care enamel which has the same thing as enamelon.

Dr. Collin's toothpaste has novamin but no flouride so I am skeptical of it. Isn't fluoride pretty much the one thing we know works, and works well?

But if the MI paste is cheaper at a dentists that would solve all my problems. I could use that with biotene right?

I can recommend Dr Collins Restore Toothpaste [Amazon]. I've been using it for a while since I saw it recommended by another on Reddit a while back and my sensitivity issues have pretty much disappeared.
