Thrift/Consignment shops and alterations are great options.

I've found that I'm not dropping sizes yet, but the way clothes fit is changing is ways I don't like so I'm starting to find ways to make it work.

Layering - a sweater or jacket can cover ill-fitting tops to some degree
Shirt/Dress clips - these can help give a waist on tops or dresses that are getting big
Fashion Tape - for when things pull and gap in weird ways
Pants/skirt clips - to tighten a too big or gaping waist band (haven't used this one yet)
