Try a loop turner! Flipping sewing projects inside out drives me nuts. This little thing has been so helpful, especially for the skinny bits.
Nice job! I like the smooth drape you achieved at the bust.
And if you want even thinner spaghetti straps, since you're kind of limited to the width of your safety pin, this cheap tool will do it easily :)

I AM just starting to sew my own clothing... Here are a few things I'd enjoy:
Depending on what you are sewing here are a few tools I'm so glad I have, with a few Amazon links to versions I have.
Have so much fun! Sewing has brought me so much joy and I hope it does the same for you.
Looks like sewing notions. Are the round ones heavy? They might be pattern weights, used to hold the pattern down while you cut the fabric rather than pin it. I believe the long metal thing is a corner turner, or if there is a small hook at the end, a loop turner . One is for poking the inside of a sewn corner so it sticks out flat, and the other is for turning a sleeve right side out (since it is sometimes sewn in a tube).
Spandex House has a great selection of many types. Great prices too.
There are also quick turn tools or a loop turner and tons of shortcuts like this one.
You can easily sewing elastic while making tubes or thread through with a safety pin.
I use the Dritz Loop Turner
I've used 18 guage copper wire (stripped), or you can get a loop turner tool like this from pretty much any fabric store for like $5.
To turn the tie inside out I recommend using a loop turner. Here's one. Here's another. You also can use a chopstick.
Maybe a small crochet hook? Or a loop turner? https://www.amazon.com/Dritz-647-Loop-Turner/dp/B005570Z9O
I think the loop turner might work best because it has the little swinging latch
