I'm a broke ass college student, and when I built my PC I wanted to divert every possible cent into the hardware as opposed to the peripherals, so I wound up buying this mouse.
Over a year later and it's still running flawlessly. I don't know if that's normal or what, but for $16 it's not too big of a risk.

I've had this Chinese made mouse for over a year. It's a rip off of razer but it's actually nicer, it's caled Mazer lol

I had my razer naga give out on the right mouse button and sometimes it would not click.

Bought this Mazer (I spelt that right) for $20 and it is working fine for a few months now. It came with chinese on the box but it's a mouse and it works fine.

I bought this back in 2014 and it's scroll wheel barely crapped out on me last month. It's served me pretty well, considering I never had a gaming mouse before this one.

The processor isn't as good, but chances are you don't need an 8350. You won't notice a difference in gaming performance. Certain tasks such as creating and extracting zip files would be slightly faster with the 8350, and it's better for video editing. I'd recommend going with a 6300 over the 8350 simply because you probably don't need it.

The SSD is a nice addition. It'll cut down on boot time significantly as well as program load time.

Motherboard is probably better.

Of course, he didn't include a keyboard/mouse or speakers... Those speakers won't be very good, but if you want to save money they'll serve fine.

For a keyboard, I'd recommend the Sidewinder X4. It's backlit, quiet, and fantastic to type on.

For mouse, my current one is around $50 so I won't recommend that (it's a CM Storm Advance Sentinel II if you're interested, it's a great mouse). Instead, I'd say get either this one or this for a little bit more. I haven't used either, but they both have the Avago sensor, which is what I have. It has excellent sensitivity. They're Chinese knockoffs of other products (I believe the first one is based on the Razer Deathadder). AFAIK they're the best for the price, but don't expect any customer service.

Edit - take a look at this gaming CPU hierarchy. You can see that the 6300 and 8350 are only a tier apart. You won't notice a difference unless it's 3 tiers or more.

I have gotten this mouse twice now. The first one lasted me 3 years, and this one is on year 2. For $15, I have to say it is quite amazing. I've had some higher quality mice before, such as Logitech gaming mice. I just got this one on a whim one day and have been quite happy with it since.

Also, the first one the middle click button is what broke. That is why I bought a new one. The cord is braided and every other part of the mouse seems like it was built well.

I have a nearly identical mouse that I bought for the same reasons. Same case, same blue lights, but it says "Mazer" on the palm rest, which gets a good chuckle out of me every time I see it.

This is what I use. I've been using it for about 2 years and it's pretty much perfect. Haven't had any problems whatsoever, and for the price it's super good quality.

Preface: I am a complete novice when it comes to computer, mouse, or any tech-related specs.

Currently using this Razer mouse, but the clicks are starting to not register/double click so I'm looking for a new mouse. I honestly have no idea where to even start (tried searching through past posts but it all looks like gibberish) and was wondering if you guys could recommend me something.

Usually stick to League or CS:GO, right-handed mouse, under $50 (what's considered average?), palm grip, and has to have side buttons for forward/back browsing. I don't really game as much as I used to, but does DPI really affect computer usage if you're not playing FPS or mouse intensive games?

I'm currently using a cheap Mazer mouse that I bought a number of years ago.

As for my mousepad, I'm using a mousepad that I found around my house when I was a lot younger. Everything is very faded and the artist's credit was almost completely gone, but I was able to make out enough to find the picture that was used to make the mousepad.

How convienent, I was in the market for a mouse.
But I decided to spend a couple more bucks because it's still cheaper than nails and i didn't hear any massive backlash from the internet.

Honestly at that price point it's personally comparable to anything up to $40 above it.
Honestly though, I still believe that unless you have a specific need, any budget mouse is fine, as comfortability is the most important thing. You'll be feeling that thing up all night after all.

The Mazer mouse series is the best bang for your buck. I've had mine for a year. It works great and I use it for 3D modeling, CAD, and the Adobe suite daily.

This is my current mouse and it has been great. It's perfect for someone that wants a gaming quality mouse for a normal quality price. The only thing I'd recommend is to go with the wired version. I have the wireless and had to use a USB extender and keep the adapter for the wireless mouse very close to the actual mouse. Have a couple of friends with the wired version and they have no problems whatsoever.

Cheap and it feels nice.

I started out with the wireless version of this mouse. It was a great budget mouse that absolutely didn't disappoint!

The E-3lue Mazer is what I'm using right now. Really cheap, and it looks sketchy as hell but works great. I'd recommend it if you're you don't feel like spending $30 more for the assurance of a more well-known brand. Another suggestion (and bit pricier) is the Corsair Vengeance M60 Very nice weight and surprisingly ergonomic.

If you are looking at a Razer but are weary of the cost, there is this great Chinese rip-off company called E-3lue. They make pretty damn good quality stuff in spite of the fact that almost all of it is direct rip offs of other companies. They have a mouse called the E-3lue Mazer which is very nice (I have used it personally). It is comparable to the DeathAdder and less than half the price. The mousewheel feels a little cheap, but other than that it is no less quality than any Razer product.

I used to have one of these that I got for $25. Then I switched to this one for $20. I'm a firm believer that if you spend more than $30 on a mouse then you're a chump.
