It's not to bad, this is above average RTF (need FPV goggles though, that will set you back about R3000, but it's a one off purchase.) after that, the props, motors, arms ect ect aren't to expensive.. bulk buy some good props, a few sets of motors & you should be fine.. unless you fly into walls!
Looks like a good learning experience, but I personally learned what I needed to know online. My second thought is if this body breaks i should be able to swap components to a new body, assuming they were in good order.
