Tooth powder plus 5 mL dropper bottle has been my go-to for years. Bonus: it's simply various carbonates (aka limestone) and menthol, so I don't feel bad spitting it into a shallow hole.
Ahh.. I forgot about the toothpaste and deodorant. I use Eco-Dent tooth powder and Naturally Fresh Deodorant stick. This is the main reason I still use a deodorizing body wash. the Naturally Fresh, or any of the "crystal" deodorants for that matter, don't stop sweat and although they do kill the bacteria, they don't sterilize you, so it will grow back within a day. I made the choice of using a deodorizing body wash instead of going with a more toxic underarm deodorant and totally non-toxic soap. I feel I get less toxic stuff by washing off the soap than I would by leaving the deodorant under my arms.
I bought the eco-dent back in January and still have over half the bottle left. The deodorant crystals, I bought back in February and have barely made a dent in the first one. Again, though, daily showers are a must with the crystal deodorant, but I'll go the weekend if not going anywhere without taking a shower and I'm not stinky. Any more than two or three days though, or much physical exertion....
