I checked on Amazon and a 24 family pack of blueberry Eggo waffles weights 839g. Certainly possible to eat that in one sitting, I don't know if you can do that tho.
One thing that crossed my mind is that they might dry your mouth out, so that it becomes impossible to swallow them. I have no experience with them, but if you are allowed to drink in between that shouldn't be a problem.
