I saw the update on their Facebook minutes after they announced they were selling the jackets. I wanted the Party Poison one and the Jet Star one but Ray's has a giant fucking American flag on it. So I was like... well... guess I'll just get Party- sold out ;-;
I might get the Jet Star one before Christmas, though. I was getting $200+ from my grandma and was preparing to buy a small amassing of Neo-Victorian swag, but I'm not sure now. On the one hand, it's like, I could get the boots and the pocketwatch which I still want for sure (because my previous pair of leather boots had six-inch heels and I snapped one of them prancing >_>) and the jacket for just a little over $200, whereas with the full outfit... that's a fuckton of money. On the other hand, GIANT. FUCKING. FLAG. HYAGH.
And it's like, oh, I could just ask for it for Christmas like you're doing. Well, I can't, because I'm asking for a fuckton of pedals. Aside from my grandma on my mom's side, that shit is pressing the Christmas budget like a motherfucker, I'm asking for the synth and the compressor from my dad and his parents, and the POG from my mom, I think. Devi Ever was talking about working on a modulator to more or less turn a guitar into a dubstep machine, but the obscene goal she put up for the prototype didn't get anywhere. So probably the POG because I'm sick and fucking tired of learning White Stripes songs and getting cockslapped by the fact that Jack White makes use of one to the effect of bending multiple octaves up. I can't do that ._.
