I just did a bunch of Google searches for things like "gel capsules distillate" and used what I found to come up with a simple recipe. I'm not at home right now, so I can't access my notes, but I think my amounts for the last batch were (approximately):

Distillate: 1 Syringe

Coconut Oil: 60ml

Sunflower Lecithin: 4ml

I start by measuring out the Coconut oil into a 100ml flask. I then heat that up with a heat gun to maybe somewhere around 120 to140 degrees; it doesn't need to be blazing hot... we just want the oils to blend together. Next I add the distillate and lecithin and swirl the flask around and use a glass stirring rod until everything appears to be well blended. I may hit it a couple more times with the heat gun while doing this.

Once the oil is cooled back down to room temperature, I use a syringe to extract it from the flask and fill up the gel caps. These little trays work really well for holding the capsules.

I actually make my own, which sounds a little crazy, but if you get yeast infections a lot, I think it's worth it because suppositories are a little expensive. Your doctor might be able to give you a prescription but I don't know much about that.

If you are interested in making your own, I just this capsule making thing, and I have a giant bag of size 0 capsules. I have this boric acid. They're pretty easy to make. To me, the only down side is that I don't know the exact dosage that I'm using.

Well not to be the devil on your shoulder but I still managed to cook while I was in my parent's home. The smell is much less severe than fresh pot. Bake a pie or some cookies along side or get creative.

It's very hard to find enough potassium in keto friendly foods (5 avocados a day would do it, a lot of salmon and other salt water fish, spinach and beets would also help), I can't always get around to eating all that, so I take a supplement.

If you fail to get enough potassium or sodium, then you'll know quite fast, the symptoms are headache and/or cramps.

When I bought a huge bag of shrooms years ago and ground them in a coffee grinder, I got this capsule machine and then filled it with these capsules here and loaded up tightly packed.

That shroom powder lasted for over a year that way.

With AVB I could do the exact same thing. Only I opted to mix it into a jar of peanut butter and let it coagulate. But this guy has got a fantastic idea.

I ended up taking 1mg of xanax and 30mg of adderall at 3, effects kicked in before 3:30. I took another 30mg of adderall and 1mg of xanax at around 4, then a half of an adderall at around 5 or 6. So that was a total of 75mg of adderall and 2mg of xanax. ....Possibly 2.5mg of xanax. Pretty sure it was only 2mg though.

Thanks, the capsules I buy from Trulieve unusually leak in my pill pocket. That's whether I keep the pill pocket in my pants, computer bag or vehicle.
The summer is fast approaching, temperatures are only rising from here until September-October.
That's why I'm looking into a drier capsule.
So far it sounds plausible that cornstarch will work as a thickening agent that will also make it easier to work with.
So now I'm thinking about using Lecethin instead of corn starch to improve the bioavailability.
Then taking (2) omega 3 pills at 1,500 mg each. That'll be 3 grams of oil for each capsule (maybe one omega 3 pill is enough).
I really don't know what I'm doing here. I had some great folks in the FL medical trees group that pointed me towards the cornstarch idea.

I should have my pill filing station tomorrow and maybe this weekend I'll make time for this project.

The other thing someone mentioned in that group was using wax, parchment or silicone and dropping a small dollup of concentrate every inch or so and freezing it. Then immediately transferring into a capsule after removing from the freezer.

Add some coco butter, Lecethin and a small amount of concentrate that's rolled or filled with either Lecethin, cornstarch or (most likely) I'll mix the Lecethin and cornstarch in some ratio.

Hoping for a stable capsule that won't leak in 95 degree heat. 4-6 hours is all is need it to last out of the fridge.
