I'd go with Elgato Eve Motion Sensors.

They are very reliable and promised to have better response time with iOS 11. Also they offer slight water resistance making it possible to place them outside in a covered area.

Just a side note: Make sure when you set any Elgato Eve products up you use your primary device that you use to set up HomeKit. I originally set mine up with my iPad but had to factory reset it. Made all my eve products go crazy.

I plan on trying these out: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MAV39M8/

The reviews are kind of all over the place though.

Buy a Caseta dimmer for your bathroom.

Either buy a Hue motion sensor: https://www.amazon.com/Philips-Motion-Sensor-Installation-Free-Exclusively/dp/B076MGK22M/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1543068878&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=hue+motion+sensor&psc=1 OR an Elgato Eve motion sensor: https://www.amazon.com/10027806-Resistance-Notifications-Automatically-Accessories/dp/B01MAV39M8/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1543068921&sr=8-2&keywords=elgato+eve+motion

Either motion sensor will be able to trigger your Lutron Caseta switches and Hue bulbs. You can use the Hue motion sensor with the Hue bridge and with Homekit. Below are some blog posts, and a thread in the Homekit subdreddit, that will explain how motion sensors work in Homekit.
