I use these glasses from Amazon for when I'm on the computer.

I also use these lubricating eyedrops (I have dry eyes from Lasik). A bottle can last me anywhere between 4-6 months.

The glasses, eyedrops, and flux (as others have mentioned) together make a world of a difference. I wouldn't be able to go on the computer for so long without them. I really recommend to give the three a try!

I got Lasik at a LasikPlus about two weeks ago. I, too, have a job where I need to be in front of a computer all day. I bought a cheap pair of blue light blocking glasses on Amazon to help with eye strain. Here is the pair I purchased, but there are plenty more out there:

Hang in there!

Wear glasses. I used to use flux but I don't like it changing the color settings. So I just pop on a pair of these glasses and they filter out blue light. Works great imo.
