This is the one I use. I like that it's monthly because it means 1/4 as many chances for me me to blow off refilling it. It's also pretty easy to find weekly ones with 4 boxes per day (morning/noon/evening/bedtime), but for some reason I hate the idea of using an organizer where the labels don't match how I actually use it.
I'm on antidepressants and anxiety meds myself, I know exactly what you mean. Definitely set up a reminder system, or get one of those month-long pill organizers so you can visually see how many days you have left. (I've got multiple pills and vitamins different times of the day so I've got a weekly setup instead, but if all you're taking is a daily dose of pills a monthly would probably work better.)
