I'd recommend just getting this bad boy instead of worrying about a case. Ultimately you'll be happier and You wont stress over whether or not it'll leak or whatever.

Also the swimp3 is awesome.

Amazon seems to have a few and this one, while pricey, gets decent reviews. good luck.

I own a similar product called a Swimp3. It doesn't use headphones at all, and I've never had problems with it staying on.

The only downside is that this device only uses MP3 files, and it can be a hassle converting your AAC songs from itunes.
