It's the cheapest one fisher makes I believe and is retractable. I really like their pressurized cartridges cause they always write. Other than that the uniball power tank is great to. And a lot cheaper with a nice dark line and long life.

I got one about a month ago. It's the cheapest model sold by Amazon (this one: http://www.amazon.com/Fisher-Space-Pen-ST-Space-Tec/dp/B001NXDFCI/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1370399418&sr=8-5&keywords=space+pen) And I'm loving it. The pen itself is kind of light, wich I didn't like much. But the ink flows very well. I'm more a gel pen guy, but I've been using the Space pen a lot.
You've gotten many people giving you the standard responses of Uniball Signos and Pilot G2s, so I'll go a little off the beaten path to recommend some of my favorites not as widely known:
Shachihata Artline Ergoline: While there's nothing fancy about this pen, it lives up to the ergo part in its name as it's surprisingly comfortable to write with. The ink is wet and smooth, and is a pen I will typically use if I have a lot of writing to do as I can write quickly with minimal effort.
rOtring Tikky Rollerpoint: My favorite needle-pointed pen, the ink has a nice bright blue color and writes very smooth. Nice construction, great liquid-ink pen.
Stabilo Worker: The Stabilo Worker is one of the most comfortable pens I've used. The whole body is rubber and easy to hold. The pen is, as most of my favorites are, liquid-gel ink that is bold and thick even at .5mm. It's the kind of pen that people notice and say "hey that's a nice pen where'd you get it?"
Pentel EnerGel Alloy Pentel makes the best gel inks, bar none. The Alloy body is my favorite click pen, and is nice and sturdy as well. If you want to try it cheaper to see if you like the ink there are plenty of EnerGels that aren't made of metal worth trying.
Zebra/Fisher Mod: Requires some work, but it's a pen that's solid as they come with some excellent ink. This is my #1 every day carry, because you can rely on Fisher ink to write anywhere, and this all-steel pen is durable as can be.
Jinhao 599: While there's a tendency for people to be biased against Jinhao pens and their ilk for being "cheap" they're actually quite nice. I really like my 599- it's a bit bulky, but the shape of the barrel makes it fun to write with. Refillable with your favorite rollerball ink (Schmidt makes some nice ones) so if you don't care for the Jinhao ink it's easily changed.
Fisher Space Pen: The Zebra mod uses Fisher ink because it's one-of-a-kind, but all Fisher pens will come with it. As stated above, it will write anywhere under any conditions, so if you plan to go from note-taking to making marks in wood to bathroom graffiti, Fisher will do it all.
