Just a suggestion, these yoga blocks make decent
isolatingsomewhat shock-absorbing stands.You might try these yoga blocks for sound isolation pads. They are easy to mod to fit different specs.

I hate how low my center console is, but I bought one of these to fix it.
I usually just buy these Foam Blocks for my headphones. Depending on what headphones they can fit perfectly and dent instead of wrecking the headphones.

I hate to say this, because they don't do anything for isolation, and I don't agree with the guy who came up with the technique, but, you can use yoga blocks to get them to ear level. I would put sorbothane hemispheres under the speakers, where the yoga blocks touch.
