I have the Aria by fitbit for my main scale.

My "double check" scale is this one here. Just to make sure.

I also use: This food scale as my in house food scale.

I have this one for my purse.

I also have these at home for use during the day: Fit Desk 2.0 wanting to get the extension desk for it at some point soon.

Elliptical/Bike Trainer in case I would prefer to "run".

Fitbit HR Charge Love this.

For hydration purposes: Electric kettle stainless steel with no plastic parts touching water ever. Love it.

Primo water pump with a two interchangeable 10 gallon jugs for easy no excuse water drinking.

My coffee maker right now is pretty... meh? I want to replace it this year with the ninja coffee bar.

Track your weight, ideally daily with a wi-fi scale that automatically updates to a website/app, and (crucially) shows a weighted moving average line on the graph. Then set the graph as your browser homepage (or one of them).

If wi-fi scales are too pricey for you (I really think these should be in every household but they're hardly priced accordingly) and graphing it yourself to cumbersome, then I would recommend weighing in daily but taking note over a week or two exactly how much your weight fluctuates, and only pay attention to new highs and lows thereafter.

Another tip: digital kitchen scales are great. You can stick your cereal bowl on them in the morning, hit zero, and weigh in your X grams of cereal quickly and accurately.

This is my current body scale, this is my current food scale. I can't see a reason to upgrade from this food scale, but the body scale tends to stick at certain even-digit numbers so it's not suuuuppppeeer accurate. I'm fine with that, but if I'd upgrade it would be either to this, this, or this if Fitbit is involved.

Just by looking at the reviews, many people are saying the body fat % tracker is shit so I think you're right. I fucking hope so, it would suck to lose so much muscle

You can use a caliper to ballpark it, or you can find a scale that will tell you your approximate body fat percentage. I personally use the Fitbit Aria Scale.

I also carry a Fitbit One with me wherever I go. The Fitbit gives a pretty good estimate of the number of calories I burn each day just walking around doing stuff, and I can add in the calorie burn from my workouts on the Fitbit website as well. I keep track of everything I eat on the site too, so I can see exactly how much I'm eating vs how much I'm burning.

From my personal experience, I thought counting calories or macros was unnecessary, a pain in the ass, whatever, and that I could just 'eyeball' it and I'd be fine. Truth is I actually had no clue how much I was eating and how many calories I was burning each day. I was way overestimating my burn and underestimating my consumption. I was lifting and getting bigger, but I was putting on fat too.

See where you fit along that spectrum and it may give you some idea of where you are and where you want to be.

EDIT 2: I think you're also doing way too many reps on the bench. Shoot for 4 sets in the 8-10 rep range. If you want some size to your muscles, stay away from high reps. If your goal is pure strength, up the weight and drop down to about 5 reps per set.

Definitely if you mean USD. You can get one for cheaper and with free shipping on Amazon. So if you do get one don't pay 150 for it. :)

It's not a bad scale at all, it just has a not-super-useful bell as part of its bells and whistles, so I'd take a more simple scale if I were to make the choice again. Though I did also get a Fitbit Flex at teh same time and I'm loving the Flex, so I will say I'm glad I now have s Fitbit scale just to keep my products all using the same app!

I was thinking about this today too! I'm mulling over getting the Fitbit Aria, can't quite justify the price to myself though. Very interested to see what everyone else suggests. :)
