Landmine is up. I'm a little disappointed with the price point on it but I still might pick it up.
I have something like this tucked under one of the legs of my rack (not a T-2, but pretty similar) and it works fine. The Fitness Reality one has bolts over the top of the post to hold it down better if you want it more secure or don't want the knob sticking out. Mine doesn't move, though I sometimes catch bands or cables on the knob.
I have a post landmine by Cap that I am happy with.
Check on Amazon, there are some universal rack mount landmines if you prefer that type.
