This isn’t exactly what you asked for, but check out kneeling chairs on Amazon. They do 2 things:

  1. force you to sit up straight, improving posture and core strength, and
  2. increase the angle between your torso and thighs, meaning no more prolonged hyper-extension of your lower back muscles that you get with a typical desk chair.

I found a cheap wooden kneeling chair on Amazon and bought some additional foam knee padding for my knees (since that’s where most of the pressure is transferred to in a kneeling chair). It took some getting used to, but it’s been my daily driver at work for over 2 years, and my crippling back pain has completely disappeared.

EDIT: Here’s my chair. it’s a bit cheaply made and there are nicer models, but like I said, buy a foam kneeling pad for your knees and the combo does the trick.

I have first-hand experience with this, too, both the eye and neck/shoulder/back pains. I have followed these tips for years and I have much fewer periods of pain now, and many days with none at all. Hope they help you.

  • Make sure you get up and stretch on your breaks. If my back is currently paining me, then between breaks, at least once an hour I take a moment between calls or tasks to stand and stretch just for a few seconds. If you have a chance while waiting for your caller to complete their password change or they put you on hold, that's a perfect opportunity.
  • If you wear glasses, please update your prescription regularly. Ask your eye care professional about computer vision products; nice information here on computer eye strain.
  • Desk height should be so that when you're typing, your elbows are at 90° angle.
  • Sit with you feet flat on the floor, in front of your hips, and the seat height so that your thighs are horizontal; you want to avoid seat height so high you're feet barely/don't touch the floor and you cut circulation. If you sit forward a lot, and are able to bring in your own chair to the office, check out kneeling chairs
  • Most will say to keep the seat back upright, but you can set it to be slightly reclined, but just enough so that when you lean back, you're not reclining.
  • Your monitor height should be set so center-screen is at least as high as your nose. Don't go too high, but to look up at your display will pull your head and shoulders up; a lower monitor will make you hunch over more.
  • Look away from your monitor for several seconds periodically, to allow your eyes to change focus. this will help a bit with headaches.

I got 3 people in my office sitting on these https://smile.amazon.com/Gaiam-Balance-Ball-Chairs/dp/B006JBWYDA

The asian girl insists on this https://smile.amazon.com/Mobile-Wooden-Ergonomic-Kneeling-Fabric/dp/B000TMFSQK

Unfortunately, they all insist on jamming Doritos in their faces during the day. So small victories I suppose.

I don't own one myself, but have you ever tried one of these types of chairs? It feels so good.
