Kinda old school but the electric bug zappers actually work really well. We have this one and it makes an enormous difference. Load it up with octenol mosquito attractant and watch those suckers burn all night.
Don't hang it on your porch, really works better if you hang it on a pole or fence some distance from your house.
Mine is very similar to this model, but another poster above recommended something called the Mosquito Magnet that might also be worth a look.
I've only seen a ton of mosquito hawks (crane flies) in my yard just north of Madison. But that's being remedied as I type, as the annual slaughter has begun. I've had it going for 2 days and it's already noticeable that there's less of them.

I've run one of these almost every year and it's been so effective that one year I skipped putting one out and I think there's such a dent in the mosquito ecosystem around my house that it still wasn't a problem. I live right next to a heavily wooded lot so that's impressive in my books. Before I used one, it was almost unbearable in my yard.
