Foraging Rocky Mts
I love, love, love Foraging the Rocky Mountains by Liz Brown Morgan. It's well-organized, has great descriptions, some fun recipes here and there, and actually helpful photos (nothing is more frustrating to me than foraging guides that just have line drawings--or worse, text description only). It's helped me learn a lot about the native plants up here in CO! (Admittedly, I spend most of my time in the state in the Boulder area.)
I'd also recommend checking out Mountain States Foraging. I think it just came out this past year. It's clear, has good photos, and good info.
