Welp, here's a bunch more stuff. That pretty much exhausts my useful Amazon purchasing history, the rest being media (books, music, movies, TV shows), health 'n' beauty type stuff that wouldn't be applicable to 99% of other folks, or items that are some combination of "not listed anymore" and "shit I wouldn't recommend."

$7 6"x9" mesh organizers. I've got a bunch of these on a couple of shelves in my bathroom closet, organizing all my little crap while keeping it immediately searchable and accessible. ($5 when I bought 'em.)
$10 reusable earplugs (decibel attenuation only). These are what replaced the disposable squishy kind I listed in my previous post for when I go to shows. They do an awesome job of lowering overall volume without affecting the highs/lows. When I forget to take them to a show and have to use the foam kind, I cry a little.
$12 20-pack of no-tools-required drywall-rooted hanging hooks. This shit is how 90% of my art is suspended.
$15 small watering can. Spout rotates back towards body for storage; spout tip is removable.
$16 three-pack of TSA-compliant liquid/gel travel bottles. Pricier compared to other options (and a little more than I paid), but for me, absolutely worth it given the quality, considering that I currently need to travel with three (fucking three!) different types of moisturizer.
$16 tool crock. Sits on my kitchen counter and holds most of my long cooking utensils: ladles, hard spatulas, chopsticks, whisks. Holds a shit-ton and has never tipped over.
$21 stovetop teakettle. I use the electric I linked in the previous post at work, but at home, I still use this. Very functional design, but doesn't look like ass, either.
$25 100-pack of plastic sleeves for 12" records. Keeps out dust, protects cardboard sleeves, makes all your vinyl look all nice and consistent. Enough wiggle room to fit even gatefolds and double albums.
$12 100-pack of plastic sleeves for 7" records. Same thing, but for singles and the like. Slightly more wiggle room than the ones for 12-inchers, proportionately speaking.
$30 six-pack of tins of the best fucking Irish breakfast tea (loose). Making a pot is pretty much the most important thing I do every morning at work.
$40 mandoline (fixed-blade kitchen slicer). Purchased based on the Cook's Illustrated review a few years back. Awesome for cutting a ton of shit to uniform thickness quickly. Wicked sharp blades.
$16 non-slip safety gloves for use with kitchen blades. Absolute necessity for using and cleaning your mandoline (especially if you're as clumsy as me), unless you want to pick up some impressive scars.
$53 infrared thermometer. Purchased for use in my kitchen (check surface temp in pans, check water temp when baking with yeast, etc.), but also fun for just fucking around with.
$126 computer desk chair. I think my back had a tiny orgasm the first time I sat in it, and it still kind of does every time since. Not sure how well the ergonomics will work for a shorter person, but it's perfect for my 6' self. (Bonus: No pressure on my tailbone, which meant I could stop using my old lady cushion with the cut-out for my butt.)

The rubber coating is nice for the occasions that there are liquids present, but decent cut resistance is more important. Lots of broken glass and sometimes actual knives in those bins, not to mention the crap you probably don’t want to touch with your bare hands anyway.

Assuming you aren't joking about the gloves, try these. I bought them after I accidentally sliced open my finger with a box cutter. They will protect against most potential cuts. They're comfortable and cheap.

You can get cut and puncture resistant gloves.

Something like these. Or these Leather ones.

Then you can wear some 5 mil thick Nitrile Gloves over them. These are 9 mil thick. A 9 mil thick glove might be all you need.

Another thing I would do is carry around a can of lysol spray. That way you can spray anything you have to touch that might cut or break a normal latex/nitrile glove.
