The warning labels say it's not for indoor use, but I think that just means in a small, windowless apartment or something. When I do use it indoors, I make sure I have my double doors open and lots of ventilation. Doesn't smell, but pretty sure it's not that safe hah. I mostly use it on a small table next to my outdoor grill. Also, the cans you buy for it (also from Amazon) last about 4-5 cooks per can.
