All I've ever used is a "Cliffs Notes" style version, but that's me. The link is http://www.amazon.com/Geo-Metrics-III-Application-Dimensioning-Tolerancing/dp/product-description/0201633426. You have to be careful applying it though. It only really works well for materials whose dimensions don't fluxuate over time. Many mechanical engineers I know try to apply it equally to metal parts and parts such as injection molded plastics. It DOESN'T make sense to apply this to a plastic part unless you machine it. Just some advice: be careful when you apply it and ONLY apply it when absolutely necessary. You'll make some manufacturing guy's day by doing so.

I guess there are others, but I was under the impression this was the "Bible." Maybe that belief stems from one source though.
