You can't buy it on Steam at the moment.

What you can do is buy it from a vendor selling Steam keys, and activate it on Steam.

According to IsThereAnyDeal.com, the cheapest place to buy it at the moment is Gamesplanet UK for £6.29 or $8.10 USD.

Edit: Or, if you prefer, Amazon is selling a direct download (no Steam key) for $9.99.

It's not available on Steam but you can still buy a digital copy from Amazon. The key is not redeemable on Steam either, you get the installer from Amazon.

If you are going to play the game now. I recommend the PC version. It has the better framerate of all of them. Most modern PC shouldn't have problems running it. You do have to track down some patches for it though.
