Not to diss Zekthros, but i'd advise against a 1gb card. Im running a GT740 (which is essentially a GTX650, but with 2gb), and even on graphically not taxing games it is easy to have VRAM usage go above 1gb. Getting a 1gb card means you will be stuck on low textures pretty soon.
Based on your criteria, amazon prime, ~$100, and my advise of 2gb, i get either This GT740FTW or this 250x, depending on wether you prefer nvidia or AMD. Personally i prefer Nvidia, and the GT740 is an eVGA FTW card, meaning its overclocked by 250 MHz out of the box, but the 250x might perform a bit better.
EDIT: If you can find a 260 or a GTX750 with 2gb for a good price and with fast enough shipping, either of those will blow a 740/250x out of the water obviously.
