It has actually really helped to prevent me from picking. If I start to feel "pickish" I put the mask on. Usually by the time it's dried and I've had enough time staring at all my oil slicks...I can usually leave my skin be. This one? I know, the leaves really bug me in the youth one too! I haven't tried the super clearing one yet. I got a sample of the thirsty one but I haven't it either.
