I switched from clearasil to acne.org products and started using witch hazel on my face.
I sometimes get skin peels if my acne is really bad. I've struggled with really severe acne my whole life though, it's not just a hormones/puberty thing for me. I even went on medication at one point, but it gave me severe sunburns.
