Other than the extra practice exams on MBA.com, I think if it's a gift I would like some of the more "fun" ancillary items--nice pens and books for writing in, a good overhead light, some studying snacks, just nice things for happier studying (like things you would send to a college student in a care package), since much of the prep materials are going to be dependent on what areas in which she needs to improve in, and plus may be too much of a "work" gift. Depends on the relationship you have with her though obviously, and either way this is a super thoughtful thing to do!
Another thought--the scratch paper for the tests is actually a piece of laminated paper with a whiteboard marker, so it can help to get something like that to simulate the actual test-taking environment when taking practice tests at home. Something like this:
