doing real cooking when you have the time is great, but for me there are some staples that i keep around so I always have something quick and easy to make and stay on target.

  1. bacon and eggs, anytime, not just breakfast. cook the bacon on a cookie sheet (on some foil for easy clean up). no pre-heat, stick in the oven, turn to 350 and set a timer. Depending on your oven, 20-30min perfect bacon every time.

  2. ground beef. buy in bulk and save some money at the store (5lbs packages). get some "tupperware" and cook all the ground beef and sort it into containers with about half a pound in each. pull these out of the fridge, add any low carb sauce, microwave, and you are good to go. My favorites are Taco Sauce, and sun dried tomato alfredo. I also usually make a pound or 2 worth of actual taco meat (with the taco seasoning) to have shell-less tacos (in a bowl).

  3. block of good cheese, beef sticks, pickles. Find some keto friendly "snacky" type foods. These will save you if a craving really takes hold.

  4. Sugar Free Redbull, La Croix flavored sparkling water, Powerade Zero, Coffee. If you are typical american, Soda will be the hardest thing to avoid; find something keto friendly that you can replace it with if water is not going to satisfy your thirst. Diet Soda if you have to, but better to avoid those as well.

Make the effort at least once a week to try a new keto recipe. Their are a lot of them. Remember this is more of a lifestyle choice and not a diet. Also, don't beat yourself up to bad if you give into carbs once and awhile, having a slice of cake at a friends birthday party isn't going to hurt unless you are going to birthday parties every other day. Make sure you recognize what you are doing, and that it is a special occasion or reason. Then just Keep Calm and Keto on!

Furthermore, since you are only 18, your body is likely still growing and will need carbs for that. You will likely be able to get away with cheating easier than those of us pushing 40.

Each person is different, reading up, educating yourself, and figuring out what works best for your is of paramount importance.

ninja edit: vitamins! don't forget them

From what I can tell the supplements don't seem that bad. However, at least for the animal m-stack and gnc beyond raw re-forge they contain a lot of ingredients which can mess up with calculated desired results when taken together.

Are you taking a high-quality multivitamin? The only supplement your taking that is providing any essential nutritional value is that gnc beyond raw re-forge. From these supplements alone you are still lacking essential minerals like calcium. And even if you do take a good multivitamin you will still lack the recommended dietary allowance of calcium, magnesium, or even iron if you are not eating enough meat. It depends on your diet and what kinds of food you eat. If you want to supplement I'd suggest Calcium Citrate/Malatate, and Magnesium Glycinate. If you want these nutrients from food instead I'd suggest Greek Yogurt.

I would add some more supplements to complete the stacks:

Early morning and/or late afternoon stack:

the animal-mstack: one pak every day for 21 consecutive days and 7 day rest. So, three weeks on, one week off.

+
usplabs compound 20: 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 capsules 6-8 hours later with meal or snack. For best results, take one of the doses 30-60 minutes prior to workout.

+
gnc multivitamin sport or source naturals life force multiple

When building muscle it is very important for your body to rest so that muscle tissue and other parts can repair and build upon itself. The most rest you get the whole day is when you sleep. The more high-quality sleep you get the more effectively your body can repair itself and grow (e.g. growth hormone secretion).

Before bed time stack:

gnc beyond raw re-forge: one pack prior to bedtime

+
source natural theanine serene with relora

+
source natural calcium citrate/malatate

Thanks. Should I combine Whey Protein and Serious mass? What kind of information could you provide me with Creatine? Would you recommend me taking these Vitamines?

Yeah... I remember getting a prescription for triptans and it helped but it felt like it just masked the pain and didn't actually get rid of it.
