Talc has been basically completely phased out of these products in favor of corn starch. I powder my underpants zone every morning with this powder. It's the best I've found and is mostly just corn starch, aloe, and moisturizers.
Maybe depends on the type? I use "Gold Bond Ultimate Comfort" and there's no pain whatsoever.

The spray stays wet a bit too long for me. There has to be talc powder somewhere. Maybe amazon like this?
This is the exact one I use. I've had a travel size one in my purse for so long, and I've only had to replace it once. Talcum powder is basically the same thing, but for whatever reason (I've heard allergies?) people are against using it so everyone's switching to something else. I don't know. It's all the same.

Add in some boxer briefs as well, to hold your junk still. Get a size bigger as the smaller ones will bunch up and get uncomfortable.
