I posted about this is the DD, but this is a lifesaver for pizza cravings on a cut. 16/9/1 protein/carbs/fats ratio, 110 calories per crust. With pre-made pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella (I didn't even use anything specifically low-fat), and turkey pepperoni, I ended up with a macro split of 35/16/12 overall. I probably wouldn't call it anything more than below average as far as flavor goes, but it did the job for me.
Oh man, I'm all about fitting pizza into my calorie budget!
Cauliflower crust is a popular option, but I can never get cauliflower crust to work for me.
Tortillas work well. If you can find them, this Golden Home brand is also good because it's 330 calories for a 12 inch crust and shelf stable (I get them from Dollar Tree).
For vegetable bases, I like using rounds of eggplant (Here's my process) or zucchini "boats". As well, I'll make pizza "bowls" using a base of cauliflower rice, sauteed cabbage or spaghetti squash: whatever it takes to get those pizza flavours!
For toppings, I find a small amount of good quality salami goes a long way. Same with cheese: instead of a ton of crappy cheese, just a little bit of smoked gouda or something else flavourful works well. Then, I like to fill up with banana peppers, tomato sauce, onions and garlic.
