Bought this little guy for a for girl I've been dating for a while now. It's from an anime we both watched. That and the character it's related to is pretty similar to her haha

There's a couple different ones on Aliexpress but they look a bit different (cat's whiskers are dangly)

Great price, officially licensed, and super cute :D

Gift-wise, you could always get her something like this Palm-top Tiger. She's still a kid after all, so I'm sure a plush would be great.

As for actual titles to buy, you could pick up a dvd set of "Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo" or "Chuunibyou". The movie "Patema Inverted" sounds like it would be a great fit, too - and you can get it on Amazon for ~$20.
