Acne face wash: sulfur soap!

My dermatologist recommended this when I was struggling with acne, along with a bunch of prescribed gels and pills... I later stopped using all the prescriptions and just used the soap, and it worked!

It seems weird since it's just a bar of soap, but it ends up being SO cheap. One $20 pack lasted me about 3 years! I buy those cheap plastic soap travel cases to keep them in for easy transport.

If you've tried using acne fighting products that one would normally use on the face, on your chest, and it didn't really do anything, it maybe fungal.

If that's the case, perhaps giving sulfur soap a try: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00371PJ1E/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Or a Zinc soap bar: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EIQK3AY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Make sure you get a decent lather and let it sit on the infected area for a few minuets. =)

I have the Zinc bars atm, but I haven't been using them for long so I can't comment on how effective they are. I also recently ordered those Sulfur bars too and will try them once the Zinc bars are all out.

Also consider using shampoo and conditioner that does not have SLS or SLES, as those are harsh detergents known to cause break outs on the back, chest and shoulders.

and

Pantothenic Acid 1000mg

Together they work really well!
