Hacy Toilet Training Target and Night Light.
Hacy Light attracts a boy's attention to toilet bowl by projecting an illuminated target in it, helping boys to avoid "accidents".Easy to use. Motion-activated, it turns on and off automatically. Safe to eyes with LED source.Extremely low maintenance. Mounted to the ceiling, it will not fall into toilet water and no boy can mess with it. The only maintenance is to replace 2X AAA batteries, which last up to six months for normal use or three years when idle. The Light also doubles as a night light. It lights up automatically when you come near the toilet.Easy to install. One screw to mount the base to ceiling, then insert the main body into the base and swivel it to aim to the toilet.

Found it, it's a target projection lamp for the toilet bowl, teaches kids how to pee.

Does he do the peeing thing at school? I don't have that kind of peeing equipment, so this is baffling to me.

Can you remove all distractions from the bathroom? No pictures on the wall, no magazines, nothing on the sink or counter? And if course not allow him to take anything in there with him.

Also, something like this might help him focus: Hacy Toilet Training Target for Boys. Mounted to The Ceiling to Stay Away from The Reach of Their Urination. It Doubles as a Night Light. Motion-Activated. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076P3GXG6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_1VZXCbAP8Q27K
I think it's adjustable, so just for funsies you could change the location of the target in the bowl if he starts losing interest.

Another idea would be to get something like this: Frog Potty Training Urinal for Boys Toilet with Funny Aiming Target - Green https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07D5FRBKX/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_C2ZXCb6ZGRNES
I know it's kind of juvenile, but it actually makes me (briefly) wish I had the apparatus to pee in this because it looks fun! Make it fun, and we ADHDers can do anything!

If you decide to add rewards, remember we can't deal with delayed gratification. Don't have him collect tokens for a Lego set he gets in a month. Instead, each success means he gets a Lego brick. After it appears he's getting it, you could up the ante a little and say each successful day means 3 Lego bricks or something. After a while you could extend this to a week (get one baggie from the Lego set), and eventually a month (the whole set.) But do this only after it's clear it's a habit.

As an aside, Nature's Miracle is great for getting out pee (and other) smells. It's got an enzyme that actually dissolves the odors, rather than just covering them up with fragrance.
