I forgot to mention, I'd be hesitant to pre-order CoS from Amazon.com, they have a tendency to have things like this linger around and eventually be cancelled since they don't typically import them. I've had it happen several times on HarperCollins Deluxe versions of various J.R.R. Tolkien books.
