Nope, just the Real Tone cable, one of these, and one of these and you'll be good to go.

This is a fairly cheap soundhole pickup. I have one, it is reasonable quality and could be used as a probe. Also note, that you can use an acoustic pickup and plug that into the Rocksmith cable if that is all you have.
