Get two Hikvision turret cameras and put a decent sized MicroSD card in them. You will need PoE injectors to send power over the Ethernet line you run to them.

I’ve got them and they work great. I don’t recommend access from the internet for any camera. Hikvision has a great app and you can view recordings from the app.
