My omnibus copy of His Dark Materials by Everyman's Library. Both the dust jacket and the physical book itself are just beautiful. Also, though I didn't much care for the book itself, I loved the cover art for The Priory of the Orange Tree.
Amazon US actually sold/is selling this edition directly. There is an identical US edition that uses the Golden Compass title for those who prefer it.

Buy it from Amazon UK. As others have mentioned, the US versions are lightly censored. And the title of the first book was changed. Look for versions published by David Fickling Books (the original publisher) of the Everyman's Library (the omnibus).
